Mobile App Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy · Pragmio mobile apps
Effective / last updated: June 8, 2026
Pragmio LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) publishes mobile applications and games on Google Play. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, store, retain, and delete information when you download, install, or use our apps (each, an “App”). It applies together with any in-app notices we provide.
This policy is separate from our website Privacy Policy, which covers pragmio.com only. If an App links to this page, this policy governs that App’s privacy practices.
Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you use an App. We design our Apps to collect only what is needed to provide their features.
Information you provide. Some Apps let you enter or paste text, upload content, or otherwise submit material so the App can perform its function (for example, summarization, analysis, or similar processing). That content may include personal information if you choose to include it. We process submitted content only to deliver the requested feature and to operate, secure, and improve the App.
Device and app information. When you use an App, we or our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language or locale, general network information, and diagnostic or crash data. We use this information to maintain reliability, troubleshoot errors, and understand aggregate usage.
Identifiers. Depending on the App and your device settings, we may process app-instance or device-related identifiers needed for analytics, fraud prevention, or service delivery. We do not use such identifiers to sell your personal information.
Permissions. An App may request access to device capabilities (such as network access, storage, or the clipboard) only where needed for features you use. The App or Google Play will show permission prompts before access is granted. You can change many permissions later in your device settings.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve App features you request;
- Process your submissions through our systems and, where applicable, AI or cloud processing services;
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and protect against abuse or security incidents;
- Comply with law and enforce our terms; and
- Communicate with you about the App when you contact us or when necessary for support or important notices.
We do not use information from our Apps for third-party advertising based on your activity across unrelated apps or websites unless we clearly disclose that practice in the App and obtain any consent required by law.
How we share information
We share information only as described below:
Service providers. We use trusted vendors to host infrastructure, process requests, provide analytics or crash reporting, and—where an App uses AI features—send submitted content to model providers (such as OpenAI or similar processors) solely to generate the output you request. These providers process data under our instructions and their own terms and privacy policies.
Google. When you obtain an App through Google Play, Google may collect information about downloads, purchases, and device interactions as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Some Apps may use Google Play services or Firebase-style tools for analytics or crash reporting; where we do, we configure them to align with this policy.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect users or the public, or enforce our rights.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we store and retain your data
Data retention and deletion policy. We store and retain user data only for the fixed periods listed below. This section tells you how long we keep each type of user data and when we delete it. When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the data unless law requires us to keep it longer (for example, for security investigations or legal compliance).
| Type of user data | How long we store / retain it | When we delete it |
|---|---|---|
| Text and other content you submit (for example, pasted text for summarization or analysis) | Up to 5 minutes — only while your request is being processed | Deleted immediately when the response is delivered or the connection ends; not kept in a user account or long-term database |
| Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, network metadata) | Up to 90 days | Deleted or aggregated after 90 days |
| App-instance or device identifiers used for analytics or service delivery | Up to 14 months | Deleted or anonymized after 14 months |
| Crash and diagnostic reports | Up to 90 days | Deleted after 90 days, or sooner once the issue is resolved |
| Analytics and usage events (for example, screens viewed, feature usage) | Up to 14 months | Deleted or aggregated after 14 months |
| Support emails and contact messages you send us about an App | Up to 3 years after our last reply to you | Deleted after 3 years unless a longer period is required by law |
| Data sent to AI or cloud service providers (for example, OpenAI) to generate a response | Up to 30 days on the provider’s systems (per their policy) | Deleted by the provider after their retention period; we do not keep a separate copy beyond the request window above |
Automatic deletion. If we collect data that is not tied to an account, we either delete it according to the schedule above or, where applicable, within 90 days of collection if no fixed category applies.
Request deletion. You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing marcinp@pragmio.com. If you uninstall an App, we stop collecting new data from that device; data already collected is deleted on the schedule above.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information—for example, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) between the App and our servers where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing and to data portability. You can stop collection of most information by uninstalling the App. To exercise rights, request deletion, or ask questions, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your request before responding.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, our legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security and improvement), and consent where required (for example, for optional features or permissions).
Children
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Apps that target children or mixed audiences must comply with applicable laws (including COPPA and Google Play Families policies); where an App is labeled for children, this section applies in addition to any age-specific disclosures in that App’s store listing.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Mobile App Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through Google Play where appropriate. Continued use of an App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
